Brothers Brannigan (1958)
"Tune In For Murder"
Steve Dunne, Mark Roberts
Vic's still stuck in the crime world. This time he's into armed car robbery and up against a couple of detectives who happen to be brothers. They're bachelor brothers who like to hang out at pools and bars, picking up women when they're not tracking a case. This is pretty much standard fifties fare and a rather bland bad-guy role for Vic. But at least this nameless nasty has an imagination and a plum little twist of humor. Although he's not a cowboy, Vic rides a horse - looking impeccable in his bad-guy business suit. (Uh…Vic's in the suit, not the horse.) A bomb, a plane, horses, chases, plums and cool fifties cars make for a mildly interesting show.
